What is your return policy?
Your satisfication is important to us. If you are not competely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn footwear and accessories within 14 days of purchase. Please retain original invoice and shoes packaging, we will be glad to make an even exchange or charge credit. Jewelry is not returnable.

How can I return or exchange merchandise?
You may return unworn merchandise within 14 days of purchase for an even exchange or charge credit. Please follow the instructions on the packing list enclosed with your merchandise and send the item to the following address.

All packages must be prepaid and insured for your own protection. Please do not mail any packages C.O.D. as they will not be accepted. Returns and exchanges will be processed upon receipt.

What is your shipping policy?
Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. If an out-of-stock condition does occur, you will be notified of the estimated shipping date. Orders may be delayed because we reserve the right to verify billing and/or shipping information.

Standard Shipping and Handling is available within the 48 continuous states only:

0.00 to 100.00 = $9.00
100.00 and up = FREE

Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii: Extra $25.

Shipping outside the USA: We do not ship to other countries at this time.

What is your privacy policy?
